Matthew is a tech evangelist at Coiled where he works with Matt Rocklin, the creator of Dask, to teach Python developers about distributed computing. Prior to working on Dask, Matthew worked as a Spark data engineer. He's authored several popular open source Spark libraries and has written two Spark books. He's also the organizer of the Apache Spark Bogotá meetup group. He's currently writing Dask: The Definitive Guide with Matt Rocklin which will be published by O'Reilly next year.
